Lacrosse Program director

Program Director/ Sports Director
We are currently looking for an individual that is capable of developing lacrosse program at all levels. This includes our kindergarten and 1st grade programs through adult leagues. Ability to coach boys lacrosse at a high level is desirable.

Person will plan, develop and market programs with the help of an administrative and marketing person.

Must understand how to run tournaments and leagues.

You will be responsible for:
*The development and facilitating all Players programs both indoor and out. This includes but is not limited to all lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer, Baseball and any other program that is operated by a Players representative.

*Coordinate, train and supervise coaches, instructors, and program directors. Individual will also be responsible for managing a lacrosse pro shop.

*Promote and market the programs – develop year long calendar. With the help of an administrative and or marketing person, a marketing plan will be developed.

Must be extremely organized and able to look ahead to coming seasons.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
