I recently started to experiment with the mesh on my Franchise X. First, I added another "u" to the shooting string and added one more above the two shooter strings. Next I added shoe laces around the pocket area (for better ball control) and tie the laces up around the shooter strings (for better accuracy.) At first glance you might say it looks ugly but, in lacrosse its the end results that matters. .Getting the goal and the "W."

*A pocket stretcher helps greatly to maintain the form of the pocket because with the extra lace round the pocket, it will collapse. It has been used in a game and showed great results.

*As mentioned before:
-Better ball control
-Better Accuracy

Now as far as what kind of stick to use i'd say the lighter the better. I currently have the Franchise X on a Brine Swizzbeat so there is a little weight on it. I'd recommend a Krypto or a Dolomite.
