PARK TUDOR GIRLS LACROSSE HEAD COACH
Looking for a coach who is a strong leader of young women who possesses Lacrosse coaching experience at
the High School level and one who understands the following:
How to teach applied skills of the sport
Knows how to conduct productive and meaningful practices
Is connected to the sport via coaches association and lacrosse community
Understands the importance of balancing sport and academics
Is willing and capable of working with and delegating to assistant coaches
Good communicator as it relates to players, parents, and athletic administration
Importance of working cooperatively with boys program
Can communicate effectively with and to high school age athletes
Maintains high standards of character, integrity, and sportsmanship
Understands all the ancillary responsibilities that come with being a head coach
Importance of being current on all the rules of the game
