Vista Ridge Rangers Lacrosse Program is looking to fill three coaching vacancies: a Varsity Head Coach, JV Coach and a Middle School Coach. These are coaching-only positions. Ideal candidates for these positions will have high school or college playing experience, as well as coaching experience; strong leadership and organizational skills; and enthusiasm for the sport. Competitive compensation package is commensurate with experience. The program is supported by active booster club, strong support from the board, has a solid financial base, and enthusiastic players. Candidates must pass a LISD-mandated background check and adhere to a coaches code of conduct. These part time positions begin January 1st through May 31st, possibly June, depending on playoffs.
