D Pole Net

I cant catch very well with my d pole should it have a deep net to make it easier to catch or would that not be good for my game?

Answer
The depth of your net pocket is dictated by the rules. What you need probably more than anything is practice practice practice. Take your D pole and go get on a wall somewhere and spend some hours doing nothing but wall ball.

If you don't have a wall get someone to play catch with you. And just practice catching soft with your stick. when the ball hits your net make sure you are not holding your stick stiffly. Let it fall back as the ball hits the net, this will help you keep the ball in the net.

Good luck and have fun
