D-Pole (Both Ends)

by Jake
(Florida)

Is it legal to defend with both ends of the D-Pole? As in using the capped end to stick check with, and keeping the net near your waist?

ANSWER Yes make sure your check is stick to stick and not to the player. Examples of this are the Ice pick check and Kayak check. high risk but also at times high reward checks.
