Lacrosse Shafts

Is there a height difference between a guys attack shaft without a head and a girls attack lacrosse shaft without a head?

ANSWER
A womans crosse (stick)can be between 35 1/2 inches (.9 meters)and 43 1/4 inches (1.1 m). A typical head equals 10 inches of that length. I say typical because women also use wooden sticks.

The goal keeper crosses overall length can not be more than 35-1/2" (.9m) minimum and 48" (1.22m) maximum.

The mens crosse (stick) can be an overall fixed length of either 40 to 42 inches (short crosse) or 52 to 72 inches long pole (long crosse). A head equals 10 inches of that length.

The goalkeeper’s crosse, can be 40 to 72 inches long
