2. Develop a budgetThe first step in developing your club is creating a workable budget. The budget is the foundation of your club and you must plan for the financial needs of the group. You can find more information in the US Lacrosse Start Up manual
3. Secure Field SpaceOnce you have a budget outline you will need to find places to practice and play. This is a fundamental step in starting a club.
4. Quality CoachesIt is essential to acquire and develop quality coaches for your new club.
The US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program (CEP) is designed to give your coaches the tools they need to enhance their coaching at every level. Created with input and assistance from many of the nation's finest coaches, this one-of-a-kind program is designed to increase your knowledge of the game while also teaching you the fine art of COACHING.
