Under the Legs dodge

One of the coolest and most efficient ways to dodge someone when running towards him is simple to roll the ball in between his legs, then run around and pick it up.

To do this:
Run toward the defender (doesn't work when he's right on you) and begin to fake to one side (as if your going to dodge, bring your stick out to your side a bit) then right as soon as he starts to move toward you, snap your stick down and roll the ball in between his legs.

It works awesome, but takes a little while to get used to, this can also be a pass.

But DON'T TRY THIS WITH A DEFENSE STICK!
it doesn't work

Good Luck

use that tip, hit the pine

Quite possibly the worst tip ever. This isn't hockey. Why wouldn't I bounce the ball over him???

Horrible tip. This tip is only good if you want to get yourself hurt or just give the ball to the other team

Worst tip ive seen in months, the idea is to maintain possession, not to create a risky ground ball situation. Silly idea.
