Dragon Drill (good for beginners)

by Hu Blackstock
(Ga)

Take a bounceback or a pitch back, a goal can work. Throw the ball with strong force, and with a pitch back the ball will come back to you, allowing you to work on passing as well as catching. Each time the ball misses the target let it stop rolling and go over to it and practice one or more of your face off moves.
