Duke Drill

The ball starts at X and the guy with the ball goes on 1 side of the net.
Three people are on top, and they all come down when the person at X takes a side. The 3 people come down and who ever is open the guy at X passes to the open guy.

Who is on O and who is on D for the three up top? Is this a 4 on 3? A 2 on 2? A better description would be nice.

Gang this is exactly what this site is all about. I would love to see your drill Eric in a drawing for a little more clarity. If you go to the very bottom of the Share a drill page you will find a diagram that you can use to draw your plays.
