PLEASE DO NOT DELAY WHEN WORKING TOWARD MEETING ANY OF THESE IMPORTANT DEADLINES. Our goal is a World Class Tournament for our Teams, Players and Valued Guests. To guarantee your spot, we ask that you are on time with each key deliverable such as Team Registration, Deposit, Remaining Balance, Team Roster and Hotel Reservation through our Tournament Hospitality Representatives. Each Individual Team Competing must fully complete deliverables in the checklist by deadlines specified out of respect for all our visiting Clubs to hold their tournament spot.
