top 5 beginner tips

1) do not cut down a d-pole, just wait until you grow into it.
2)start playing longpole when youre in 6th grade at the youngest
3) when your stringing your first lacrosse stick, practice on a different stick and clean off the head before you string your game stick
4) your first stick should be a complete stick. these are made for beginners and will help you advance your game.
5) watch alot of high school and youth games and try to get tips from them. college games are good, but they do things that are too advanced for a beginner and you should wait until you have more skill before trying the things they do.
